Truly enjoyed particularly good and authentic japanese-style room with views across local japanese style gardens, wouldn't mind staying there all day. Towels and slippers were very handy. The location of the property was marvellous and amazing, near train station.

Came here for 2 nights with my family members, had a very lovely stay. The staff were amazingly kind and affable and the location was magnificent very near everything. Further, it was so close to Kawaguchiko bus/train station and the lake, good transport links to Mt Fuji, Hakone and other places, and also the lake kawaguchiko.

The location here was amazing, with Jackpot Golf Club just a short drive away. the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. I stayed in a room with comfy futon beds - it was perfect for a good night's sleep! 🌿.

The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The traditional Japanese cultural experiences such as Yukata outfits, Origami tutorials, and Calligraphy were a delightful addition. The room offers a stunning view of Mt. Fujisan and the tatami mats and Japanese style beds were extremely comfortable. The fully equipped kitchen and beautiful cutlery were great for cooking our meals. a wonderful experience.
Felt like part of the family, nothing to complain about.

lovely traditional guesthouse with spacious rooms - comfy futons, and clean amenities. great common area to relax. close to the train station - which makes it easy to get around. had an excellent shabu shabu dinner. the staff is friendly and gave helpful local insights. highly recommend!
